Pen drawings of Harbour Street in Oamaru done in 1979 . Though not signed are the work of the well known artist Colin Wheeler (1919- 2012 ) I would think he did these sketches before doing the painting in oil, which was his preferred medium . Both sketches are in a thin black wooden frame
